永谷园库罗（永谷園クロ、Nagatanien Kuro），本名文斯·洛克兰德（Vince Rockland），艺名文斯·艾伦（Vince Allen），1973年12月29日出生于德国达姆施塔特，后移籍美国，有一个大哥和一个弟弟（均为该行业人士）。身高175cm，体重为89kg。初登场于《胖次摔跤外传：贝奥兰迪vs永谷园库罗》（Rockland vs. Wolff）。

“永谷园库罗”一名来源于本篇中魔男对其说出的空耳，这也成了他在哲学摔跤系列中的名字。身手敏捷，擅长使用妖精暗杀拳与息子践踏，是不容小觑的对手。
