托塔斯藤冈，本名为"史蒂夫·卡斯迪(Steve Cassidy)。身高175cm，体重89kg，1965年8月20日生在美国 加利福尼亚州 洛杉矶，GX活动时期为1999~2005年，总共出演22部GV。

“托塔斯藤冈”的称呼来源于与其长相相似的日本艺人松本敦与舞台剧特设演员藤冈弘。

藤冈也其长相酷似贝尔格里而斯而被称作“贝♂爷”(主要流行于中华兄贵圈)

于消防篇《Playing with Fire 2》饰演某位消防员登场。隶属于69消防局，与比利同为同事。本篇内在天台上偷窥比利且与其炒饭。影片后期于火海中拯救纵火犯弟样(剧内役柄:比利的弟弟)时差点导致自身濒临昏迷，后来两人双双被比利所救下。

于古日暮里篇《The Pharaoh's Curse》饰演某家古董店布兰查德老板。当时正值古日暮里古埃及，此老板后来被诅咒皮甲里的法老王附身，最终摆脱其附身且与其他人瑞克一同销毁了该皮甲。

在监狱篇中，饰演一位狱警 ，囚犯们暗中密谋造反，他很快被捆绑手脚，剥♂光衣服，绑在桌子上，遭受着囚徒们打♂耳光的酷刑。最终，囚犯们成功集体越狱，他则赤身裸体、嘴被堵住。

由于藤冈于本篇里大多沉默寡言，所以其相关空耳很少。

在Nico Nico动画首次亮相时间为2008年1月25日[1]。

现实

藤冈的真名是史蒂夫· 卡西迪，是一位出生于洛杉矶的美国色情演员。他算是个大器晚成者，出道时已经30多岁了。

他本人也是同性恋。在接受美国一家同性恋色情杂志采访时，他说道：“我21岁之前一直住在爱荷华州的一个乡村小镇，但我是同性恋，而且是新教徒（显然我的邻居大多是天主教徒），而且我是个局外人，所以小时候感觉很被疏远。” 他的成长经历与故事中的角色乌龟藤冈有些相似。

藤冈现在已经退休，和男朋友在夏威夷过着自给自足的生活。我希望他不再感到被冷落，并且和她过着幸福的生活。
